Listings and prices

We try hard to keep home listings accurate and current, including photos, specifications, and prices. Even so, details can change and mistakes happen. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. Availability, price, and condition are confirmed in writing at the time of sale, and homes are sold subject to a written purchase agreement.

Square footage, year, make, model, and dimensions are taken from the home's documentation or our own measurements and should be treated as approximate. If a specific detail matters to your decision, ask us and we'll verify it.

Cash offers

Any offer figure we discuss before we've inspected the home is a preliminary estimate based on what you've told us. A firm offer follows an inspection of the home and confirmation of title. Offers are valid for the period stated when we make them. You are never obligated to accept.

Homes are sold as-is

Unless we say otherwise in writing, homes are sold as-is. We provide a written summary of the renovation work performed on each home. Buyers are encouraged to inspect any home themselves or hire an inspector before purchase.

Financing

Halo Homes is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. Where we suggest lenders, we do so as a convenience and receive no compensation for it. Loan approval, rates, and terms are entirely between you and the lender.

No professional advice

Information on this site about titles, taxes, park rules, financing, or the sale process is general and provided in good faith. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice for your situation. For advice specific to your circumstances, please consult a qualified professional.

Your submissions

When you send us information through a form, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to sell or discuss the home described.

The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to Halo Homes unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or republished without permission. Manufacturer names such as Clayton, Fleetwood, and Champion are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe homes.
