Why we do this
Manufactured housing is how a huge number of Alabama families own a home. It's also the corner of the housing market with the least oversight and the most people willing to cut corners — homes sold with rotted floors under new vinyl, roofs patched instead of replaced, and sellers pressured into taking half of what their home was worth.
Halo Homes exists to do it the other way around. We pay sellers a fair cash price and tell them how we got to it. We renovate what actually needs renovating, including the parts nobody sees. And we sell with honest photos and a written list of what was done and what wasn't.
