The short version
We collect the information you give us so we can make you an offer or answer your question. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to other mobile home buyers. That's the whole policy — the rest is detail.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, details about a home you own or are looking for, and anything else you type into a form or tell us on the phone.
- Basic site analytics: if analytics are enabled, we may see which pages were viewed, roughly where visitors came from, and what device they used. This is aggregate data and is not tied to your name.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a cash offer.
- To answer your question or show you homes that fit what you're after.
- To follow up about a home or an offer you asked about.
- To keep our own records of homes we've bought and sold.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not pass your details to other investors, wholesalers, or lead-buying networks. We do not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers we need to run the business — for example the company that delivers our contact form emails, and the service that stores our listing and enquiry records. They handle the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, you're agreeing that we may call or text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or just tell us and we'll stop.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If website analytics are enabled, that provider may set a cookie to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings without breaking anything on this site.
Keeping it and getting rid of it
We keep enquiry records as long as we need them for the business and for our tax and legal records. If you'd like your information removed, email scott@halohomesusa.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of the page.
